No hidden subscription, no commission on your own customers and no surprises after you join. These are the commercial rules for Jamie.lu Founding Pros.

Pilot notice: this policy is an operational draft for Jamie’s closed Luxembourg pilot. Final legal wording and the operator’s business-authorisation requirements must be reviewed before a paid public launch.

What Founding Pros pay

No monthly subscription. The Founding Pro benefit gives access to the professional workspace, profile, service catalogue, availability, calendar, messages and customer history without a monthly fee while the benefit remains active.

When Jamie charges a commission

Commission applies only to a completed paid service that was brought to the professional by Jamie.lu. The current Founding Pro rate is 5% for the first 10 completed Jamie.lu services and 8% after that.

The amount and commission must be visible before settlement. A request that is declined, cancelled or not completed does not count as a completed service.

Your own customers stay yours

You may use the Jamie.lu workspace for appointments and customers found through your own website, telephone, social media, recommendations or any other channel. Jamie.lu charges no commission on those services.

No exclusivity

You remain free to work through other platforms and channels, set your own services and prices, and accept or decline each Jamie.lu request. Jamie.lu does not guarantee a minimum number of requests or revenue.

What Jamie.lu provides

  • A professional profile and service catalogue.
  • Availability and a general agenda for Jamie.lu and private appointments.
  • Customer requests, messaging and request history.
  • Multilingual support and translation when available.
  • Manual review and support during the Founding Pro phase.

Fair-use and legal responsibilities

Professionals remain responsible for the accuracy of their profile, their prices, the quality and legality of their services, applicable permits, registrations, insurance, taxes and invoices. Jamie.lu may suspend profiles that create a safety, fraud or compliance risk.

If these rules change

Material pricing changes will be presented before they take effect. A professional will be asked to review and accept a new version before continuing under changed commercial terms.
