Why we use it

Who receives it
Request details are shared with the assigned professional and authorised Jamie operators. Infrastructure providers may process data on Jamie’s behalf, including hosting, authentication and transactional email providers.
Retention and your rights
Data is retained only for the pilot, operational, security and legal purposes for which it is needed. Users may request access, correction, restriction or deletion through their Jamie account or support@jamie.lu. Some records may need to be retained where legally required.
Security and incidents
Jamie uses account controls, restricted administrative access and service-specific credentials. Suspected privacy or security incidents should be reported through Jamie support as soon as possible.
